It was in January 2023 that Tintin was murdered by his father in connection with their socializing time. After that, the Inspection for Health and Care began a supervision of Luleå municipality for how they handled the case.
The investigation, which the municipality was allowed to take part in Wednesday, points to serious deficiencies. IVO has identified seven points where Luleå Social Committee has failed.
The municipality shall report its measures that they have taken or plan to take by February 19, 2025.
