So many volvo remain
At the time of writing, there are 1,385,367 registered Volvo cars in Sweden.
This corresponds to 19.2 percent of the total carriage park, which consists of 7,229,023 cars.
Since Volvo still sells cars, this means that the figure is slowly changing.
Since February 2024, 45,957 Volvo cars have been newly registered.
During the same period, 17,611 cars were exported and 27,793 cars were scrapped.
607 cars were imported.
In other words, the total Volvo stock has increased by 0.09 percent over the past 12 months.

The most common models
The most common model overall on our roads is the Volvo V70. The model was manufactured from 1997 to 2016 for a number of generations and was replaced by the Volvo V90.
A total of 261 164 Volvo V70 rolls on Swedish roads.
The most common specific model is the second generation Volvo V60 manufactured from 2019.
There are a total of 68,365 copies in Sweden.

Of the more than 1.3 million Volvo cars in Sweden, 617 504 is operated with the help of gasoline.
