On the holiday island of Mallorca, the residents have experienced a major change in weather. A snowstorm swept across the island this weekend, bringing freezing temperatures with it. Among other things, strong winds and the snowfall forced the authorities to close roads.
But a lot of locals gave in despite bad weather.
– It is very cold, very cold. We are not used to this in Mallorca, says a local resident.
