Postnord never does this

Determining whether the SMS is a scam or not is not entirely easy, but there are some simple tips to follow. This is how Postnord writes on its website:

  • Do not click on links if you are not sure where they lead. Instead, delete the message directly without following any link and also do not open any attached attachments.
  • Do not respond to the scam email or text message. If the message appears to come from PostNord but you are not expecting a letter or package, be suspicious and call our customer service if you are unsure.
  • Think critically and use common sense. Does the logo look right? Does the text contain typos or strange words? What does the sender address in the email look like? Often you can detect a scam by thinking and looking at the details, don’t be in a hurry.
