Large parts of southern Sweden are currently struggling with low water levels – but in Luleå the problems are reversed.
During the weekend, close to 70 millimeters of rain filled already saturated lakes in the water system and set the water masses in motion.
SMHI has now issued an orange warning, which is unusual and these flows are seen only a few times in a century.
