The warning applies to southwestern Värmland, the western part of Västra Götaland county and inner Halland. According to SMHI’s forecasts, the snowfall will move in over the area at 04:00 on Friday morning and last a bit into the morning.
Wet snow
The feared snow storm is coming from the west and is expected to give 5 centimeters in its places.
But SMHI says that the amount of snow is difficult to assess. The temperature will be around zero degrees and it is unclear how much snow will settle on the roads.
