SMHI warns of snowfall and wind: “There will be chaos”

Heavy snowfall is expected to fall over parts of southern Sweden on Wednesday and Thursday. SMHI has sent out orange and yellow warnings.

– Stay at home, it will be chaos, says TV4 Nyhetern meteorologist Linda Eriksson.

SMHI has sent out an orange warning for wind in combination with snowfall that applies in northern Götaland during Wednesday morning. Yellow warnings also apply to northern Bohuslän, southern Svealand, parts of Västra Götaland county and inner Småland.

In total, snow warnings apply to an area that stretches from Stockholm and Torsby in Värmland down to Växjö and north of Gothenburg.
