Upwards of 15 centimeters of snow is expected to fall in some parts of the country on Monday and SMHI warns that it can be difficult road conditions.
SMHI has gone out with a yellow warning for snowfall in Dalsland, Värmland, northern Örebro county, western Västmanland and southwestern Dalarna. The warning is valid from the afternoon and is expected to last until late evening. In Dalsland, the snow later turns to rain.
Up 15 centimeters may fall
In a short time it can fall 5 to 10 centimeters of snow and locally in Värmland and northern Örebro county it can be about 15 centimeters.
On Monday, breeze winds also pull towards the Swedish coast, where a yellow warning is issued for Skagerrak as early as 04. During the evening, the hard winds are looking further up towards the Baltic Sea north of Gotland.
