SMHI warns of floods in several places in Götaland due to snowmelt and large amounts of rain.
A red warning, the highest level, is issued for Marsjön, Mellsjön and Simmesjön in southern Västergötland. There, the water levels are expected to peak at the end of the week.
In addition, SMHI has issued an orange warning for Storån north of Västervik and yellow warnings for high water flows in a number of other watercourses.
In Apladalen in Värnamo, the municipality has closed the pedestrian and cycle paths.
