“No longer in place”
A preliminary investigation with the criminal classifications of carelessness in traffic, causing bodily harm and gross illegal deviation from the scene of a traffic accident has been initiated.
– We could immediately ascertain that the person driving the electric scooter was not left at the scene. However, the vehicle was left behind, says Mathias Rutegård.
– It is not a rental scooter and we have still not caught the person who rode it.
The alarm about the incident came in to the police just before 2pm on Sunday.
