Slovenian Tadej Pogacar is on the verge of winning the Tour de France.

Slovene Tadej Pogacar increased the gap in the nearly 200 km mountain stage of the Tour de France.

Pogacar dropped the Dane by Jonas Vingegaard ride about five kilometers before the finish line.

Pogacar’s third stage victory came with a difference of a good minute to Vingegaard.

The Slovenian’s lead in the overall competition grew to just over three minutes.

The next stage will be run on Tuesday. The competition ends on July 21 in Nice.
