According to Doctor Daniel Golshevsky, renowned sleeping expert and pediatrician, it is regularity, more than duration, that matters. “Children thrive with predictable benchmarks”he explains. A fixed bedtime helps strengthen their emotional and physical well-being while stimulating their cognitive capacities.
