– Good sleep starts in the morning. Sufficient light in the morning prepares your system so that you are tired again in the evening.
– Do not drink caffeinated drinks in the evening. So no coffee, cola, iced tea, but no chocolate either. Dark chocolate also contains a lot of caffeine.
– Make sure you don’t keep looking at your screen too much and put your phone and laptop away. And the most lit room in the house is often the bathroom and that’s where people go to brush their teeth just before going to sleep. So make sure the light is less bright there too.
