Temples of the Moroccan art of living, riads are traditional houses, organized around a central patio with a fountain or pond. Among our favorites in Marrakech, the riad dar el Qadi occupies the former home of an astronomer judge, in one of the oldest districts of the medina. Restored with the greatest respect for local architecture, it is a little gem for those looking for calm and authenticity!
