Ebba Busch met the Riksdag journalists on Friday morning to answer questions about the stalking of Sara Skyttedal.

It was a collective KD leader who announced that Skyttedal had crossed the line.

– This way of acting is damaging to trust, says Ebba Busch.

On Friday morning, the Christian Democrats announced that Sara Skyttedal was being pushed from the EU list. Aftonbladet was able to report early on that the reason must be that Sara Skyttedal offered to run for the Sweden Democrats.

– Since last autumn, we have been in dialogue with Sara Skyttedal about this, says Ebba Busch.

Do you feel let down by Sara Skyttedal?

– For us, this is about an elected representative in relation to the party, says Ebba Busch.

– This way of acting is damaging to trust and is not compatible with having our confidence in seeking new confidence on our ballot.

Ebba Busch further says that the party leadership does not plan to kick Sara Skyttedal out of the party.

There are also no plans to poke Skyttedal from the party board.

– We do not intend to take any further measures regarding Sara Skyttedal. If she wishes something else, we must discuss it with her in such cases.

Ebba Busch also says that she does not regret that Sara Skyttedal was allowed to top the party’s list for the EU parliamentary elections.

– It is human to err. If you are active for a long time, you will sometimes act crookedly. We are a party where it is possible to be forgiven, reconciled and have a second chance.

– But here the limit was reached.

In February, the new list can be nailed down when the party holds a meeting in the party council.

Then the new first name, the debater and former moderate Alice Teodorescu can be chosen as the first name to represent the party in the upcoming EU parliamentary elections.
