Finnish soccer player Naatan Skyttä made a short debut for his new club in France.
Attacking midfielder for the Little Huskies Naatan Skytt was replaced on the field in extra time in 90+2 minutes, when his new club, USL Dunkerque, which plays at the second highest league level in France, beat Rodez 1–0 in their home game.
Skyttä, 22, moved this week from the French premier league, Toulouse, to the USL club Dunkerque on a two-year contract.
Dunkerque finished 16th in the league last season and had started the season with two losses before Friday. Due to the international break, Dunkirk’s next league game is not until September 13th, when the team travels to visit Clermont.
Finnish defender Tuomas Ollilan represented by Paris FC leads the French second league with three wins. On Friday, the team beat Clermont away 1–0. Ollila, who was named to Huuhkaji’s September Nations League matches, played in the full-back position in the 84th minute.
