Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

The Skyblivion release date, the mod made to bring Oblivion to Skyrim, has been announced along with a trailer.

The team of modders working to bring The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to Skyrim have released a trailer announcing that they are targeting 2025 to launch the Skyblivion project.

Skyblivion release date marks 2025

They have been working on the Skyblivion project for 11 years, which is being worked on by a volunteer group of mod developers. Even though the mod is released on the announced date, it will be exactly 13 years. Skyblivion development first emerged in 2012 from the community surrounding the Morroblivion mod, which brought Morrowind to Oblivion’s engine.

Created by a group of mod developers called TESRenewal Group, Skyblivion is a project set out to transform the entire Elder Scrolls 4 world of Cyrodill, with all its quests and characters, using the technology and engine that powers Skyrim. The mod aims to update every item, weapon, armor set, location, NPC as well as all DLC released for Oblivion.

You can watch the new video of the Skyblivion mode, which was recalled with a trailer in March of 2022, below.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
