Joensuu and Hökkä the fastest in qualifying
The free sprint qualifiers were skied in Vuokatti in the morning. There were no major surprises in the women’s sprint qualifying, but the top places were mostly national team skiers.
Jasmi Joensuu was the fastest with a difference of 2.75 seconds to Tiia Olkkose. Katri Lylynperä was third and Anne Kyllönen was fourth.
On the other hand, Oskari Hökkä took the men’s qualification ahead of Emil Liekar and Eemil Juntus. Olli Ahonen skied fourth in qualifying.
