Svenska spel has found the person who won 250 million kroner at Eurojackpot.
– Of course there was a lot of shock and joy, says Filippa Hjertén, communicator at the betting company.
Late this evening the news came that two people, a Norwegian and a Swede, won a quarter of a billion kroner each at the Eurojackpot.
Now Svenska spel has got hold of the Swede, who lives in Skåne.
– We have spoken to the person and now let the person get to the bottom of this before we follow up with more conversations. It’s a big announcement, says Filippa Hjertén.

It is the biggest win since 2018, when a couple in Örebro won SEK 562 million.
– There was a lot of emotion, shock and joy of course.
The person must have played Eurojackpot before and played on the same line several times.

Now Svenska spel will have more conversations with the person and offer, among other things, legal and financial advice.
– It’s a lot about making sure that the winner feels safe now in his life. This of course requires extra caution and care, when there is such a large profit, says Filippa Hjertén.
