The reason for the canceled trains is the weather.
— You have to de-ice the trains before you can do maintenance on them and that takes time. Then we cancel some departures in advance so that travelers have time to rebook.
Four routes are affected, Stockholm–Gothenburg, Stockholm–Malmö, Stockholm–Sundsvall and Gothenburg–Malmö. There are one to two departures per day and per route that are cancelled.
The canceled departures apply until Epiphany.
