Six to hospital during the Gothenburg shipyard

It has been a hot day for the runners running the Gothenburg lap. The organizers have reminded to drink a lot of water, get salt and listen to your body.

In several places along the 21 kilometer stretch there are hospital tents with paramedics.

Many have been forced to cancel the race because of the heat, says nurse Jane, who works in one of the tents. There is also medical transport on site at the tents for those who need to be taken to hospital.

Shortly after 4 p.m., Sahlgrenska stated that they received six people with heat-related injuries who ran the race.
