(Finance) – SIT announced that, as part of the buy-back program approved by the shareholders’ meeting on 29 April 2022 and launched with a resolution of the Board of Directors on 11 May 2022, between 24 and 28 October 2022, purchased 650 SIT ordinary shares at an average unit price of € 6.1320 per share and for one countervalue total equal to 3,985.81 euros.
Following these purchases, the Company owns, as of October 28, a total of 791,671 treasury shares, equal to 3.1528% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, moderate descent for SITwhich closed the day with a negative percentage change of 0.33% compared to the previous session.
