(Finance) – SIT announced that, as part of the buy-back program approved by the shareholders’ meeting on 29 April 2021 and launched on the same date, between 7 and 11 February 2022, purchased 13,616 SIT ordinary shares at an average unit price of 9.8743 per euro per share and one countervalue total equal to 134,449.07 euros.
Following these purchases, the Company owns, as of 11 February, a total of 759,707 treasury shares, equal to 3.0255% of the share capital.
