The wolf that caused unrest on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug this summer, prompting the province of Utrecht to provide it with a transmitter, is the father of the cubs in the area. Previously it was assumed that it was a lone wolf that regularly came close to people and dogs. He also knocked over a girl in Austerlitz.
