The accident occurred at the height of Åsen, just under a mile south of Bräcke, near the border with Medelpad.
– There are two people who have been taken to hospital, one by ambulance helicopter and one by road ambulance, says Ola Nilsson who is team leader at SOS Alarm.
The alarm about the accident came at 06:47.
– The car had driven off the road and ended up in the ditch, but it was on its wheels when we were alerted, says Elisabeth Glaas, who is a press spokesperson for the police.
The road was closed during the rescue work, but could be opened again at 08.05.
