The dancers say they were, among other things, pressured to touch naked dancers at a strip club in Amsterdam at the end of February.

The woman said she was afraid she would lose her job if she didn’t agree to Lizzo’s demands. According to the dancer, Lizzo and her dance choreographer also indirectly criticized the dancer’s weight during the tour.
Words and actions in contradiction
The management team of Lizzo’s production company, Big Grrrl Big Touring, is accused of treating black dancers differently than other members of the team. According to the lawsuit, black dancers were criticized for “laziness, unprofessionalism and a bad attitude”, says British broadcasting company BBC.
According to the lawsuit, Lizzo’s dance team captain foisted his religious views on the dancers against their will. He also mocked those who engaged in premarital sex.
In addition, the captain revealed the personal affairs of one dancer without her permission. Among other things, the captain talked about the dancer’s virginity in interviews and on social media.
Advocate for dancers Ron Zambrano said in a statement, according to news agency Reuters, that the way Lizzo and his management team treat their performers seems to be the opposite of what Lizzo stands for publicly.
According to Zambrano, Lizzo’s practice of belittling her dancers and criticizing their weight in private is illegal and discouraging.
According to the lawsuit, two of the dancers were fired from the team and one took the final account because of the behavior of Lizzo and the management team.
