— The “Let’s dance” family has been an honor to be a part of, says Andreas Wijk in the program.
Andreas Wijk and Ida Sund had to face Rickard Sjöberg and Tove Villför in a duel to survive in the competition – after the viewers and the jury made their judgments – in which the latter couple came out victorious.
Last week, comedian Kodjo Akolor had to leave the show together with his dance partner Jasmine Takacs. In the past, soccer player Nilla Fischer and her dance partner Cecilia Ehrling Danermark as well as star chef Johan Jureskog and dance partner Hedvig Löfwall have also had to leave the competition.
Notable from the evening was that last year’s winner, Eric Saade, substituted for Kristin Kaspersen as host together with David Lindgren.
Before next week’s program, there are six pairs left in the competition.
