Silent Hill 2 Remake Rated in Korea: Release Date May Come Soon

After a recently released trailer caused mixed reactions among fans of the game, Bloober Team’s president Piotr Babieno stated that the trailer was not an accurate representation of the game. In an interview with Polish investor news channel Inwestorzy.tv, Babieno said that he understood the negative comments about the trailer and that these comments did not reflect the true spirit of the game.

“This trailer does not reflect the spirit of the game. It does not have the spirit of what it used to be, nor is it the spirit of what we have created now,” said Babieno, adding: “We think that when players see the real gameplay, the real game, they will evaluate the game in a completely different way.”

Babieno’s statements state that the Silent Hill 2 remake tries to reflect the “romantic vision” of the original game, which was released 22 years ago, and that the players’ expectations will be met with the release of the game.
