Sigrid, 11, was two hours in the winter cold with a severe knee injury.
At the same time, the ambulances were unemployed at the station.
– She got so cold that they had to give morphine through her nose, says mother Sofie Krus Lilja, 37, from Töreboda.
Sigrid played with his comrades in the school yard in Töreboda when the accident occurred.
– They counted meters on the lunch break and went in long steps, and then she twisted to her knee, says Sofie Krusejilj.
The knee became deformed and Sigrid screamed in pain.
According to Mamma Sofie, the school called 112 at the latest 12.02, and then received the answer that there were no ambulances available.
– They said life threatening is going ahead. She was so bad and asked will not be the ambulance soon, she says.
They also didn’t dare move Sofie, because they didn’t know what was wrong. It could be a difficult fracture.
– She was so hurt and cried so they didn’t dare move her. They tried to keep her warm with blankets, says crown lily.

Suggested Alvedon
Mom Sofie came to school and called the alarm center both 12.35 and 12.51.
– They told me the same thing, everyone is busy and life -threatening goes ahead. I said I understand that life -threatening is going before, but she is so bad and it has been so long. She is a child who is outside and gets cold, says Krus Siljil.
– They suggested that I give her Alvedon.
Time went by and Sigrid became more cooler despite the blankets.
At 13.42, the ambulance finally arrives. Sigrid has now been almost two hours in the raw cold cold in the school yard.
It should turn out that she has turned her knee out of joint, an injury that causes severe pain.
– When she entered the ambulance, they had to give her morphine through her nose because she was so cold that she was difficult to knit, says Kruse lily.
Mom Sofie asked the ambulance staff why it took so long to come.
– They said we have not had a single alarm today, they had been to the station all the time. The ambulance driver himself was upset and would write a deviation report, says Kruse lily.
“Not commenting”
According to information Aftonbladet took part in, Kruselilja’s version is sued.
At the ambulance station in Mariestad, where there are always at least two ambulances in service, they had not had any alarms all Monday, yet they were not sent to Sigrid until after an hour.
At 12.02 the school called 112.
13.01 received the ambulance assignment.
Per Örninge, chief physician at the healthcare alarm center in the Västra Götaland region, does not want to comment on Sigrid’s case, but says that a long wait for ambulance is usually about two things.
– In general, Prio 1 goes ahead because it can be life -threatening. It can also be about preparedness, where you need an ambulance available if a life -threatening condition emerges, he says.

But all the ambulances were at the station?
– I can’t say anything about that.
We have a task that Sigrid’s alarm probably ended up in the “virtual waiting room”, what does that mean?
– Patients with a lower priority waiting to be allocated an ambulance, these are the cases that are placed in the virtual waiting room.
What do you think about what happened to Sigrid?
– As I said, I cannot comment on individual cases, but shortening the waiting times is something we work towards all the time, no one should have to lie and hurt anymore than necessary.
Sigrid’s mother Sofie Kruse lily plans to report the incident.
– I think it is scandalous that she had to lie for so long when there were ambulances. She has been lying for more than an hour unnecessarily. Is there anything wrong with their system? Imagine if it is life -threatening the next time it happens, she says.
