After the recent drop in prices on the housing market, there is now a recovery in Stockholm. During the beginning of August, prices rose in the capital region, new figures from the analysis company Valueguard show. The prices of condominiums rose 1.4 percent.
In July, house prices fell sharply. Residential property prices in Stockholm fell by 3.5 percent, while house prices fell by 2.8 percent.
