(Finance) – Sigep 2024the 45th International Ice Cream, Pastry, Artisan Bakery and Coffee Exhibition, opens today, 20 January 2024, at Rimini Fiera. An appointment as always eagerly awaited by lovers of sweet delicacies and also by the confectionery industry will close on Wednesday 24 January 2024.
For over 40 years, Sigep has been the point of reference for innovations in the entire Sweet Foodservice sector and provides a complete overview of all the news on the market: raw materials and ingredients, machinery and equipment, but also furniture, packaging and services.

Sigep’s internationality is also confirmed by a rHere’s a great competition programof which 3 internationalwhich will see the participation of 25 countries from all over the world: the Ice Cream World Cup involving 11 teams from Argentina, Brazil, China, South Korea, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, Taiwan and Hungary; the European Challenge, the European stage of the Gelato Festival World Masters 2025 circuit, which involves around twenty ice cream makers from the old continent; there Junior Pastry World Cupwhich is aimed at young Under 23 talents and includes 12 competing nations: Australia, Chile, Korea, the Philippines, France, Hong Kong, India, Malta, Peru, the United States, Taiwan and Uzbekistan.
Also underlining the internationality of Sigep are the international editions: the 2nd edition of Sigep Chinascheduled from 24 to 26 April 2024 at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian) and the launch edition of Sigep Asiascheduled for Singapore from 26 to 28 June.
