The case started in the summer of 2021. The woman was then on holiday in Morocco for two weeks, where she visited her sick grandmother, among other things. On the day she was to return to work, she informed the company that she was unable to work and had not (yet) returned to the Netherlands due to a corona infection. In addition, she informed the company, Talent&Pro, that they could contact her via Whatsapp, but that the reach was not always optimal.
