Twins Arthur and Bernardo Lima were born in northern Brazil in 2018 and have been conjoined since birth and share the same brain.
After months of preparation and reviews of 3D scans, it was time to take the operating table.
The brothers have been operated on several times, the last one took over a day, 27 hours. For mother Adriely, the worry has been great.
Arthur and Bernardo are the oldest conjoined twins ever to be separated.
