The former e-athlete Shroud is one of the best shooter players on Twitch and his diet supports him in doing so.
What about the cook? Shroud is a well-known streamer and former professional athlete in Counter-Strike and Valorant, who became primarily known for his strong AIM.
On Twitch, Shroud recently showed the X account of his private boss, Phillip Kovalev, who does meals for the gaming community in Los Angeles and presented it on the account.
In addition to Shroud, Kovalev also cooks other streamers, including Kyedae, Bnan and the former Valorant professional. With meals that Shroud gets, the streamer is marked in the respective post.

What does Shroud eat? If you scroll something through the Kovalev posts, you will find tons of dishes that Shroud gets served by the private chef. Including:
The meals of Shroud are therefore very balanced and contain plenty of protein (fish, poultry, lean meat, eggs and dairy products), valuable fats made of vegetable sources, avocados, oils, eggs and nuts as well as carbohydrates.
Bad nutrition can also make tired and unconcentrated
What does the nutrition have to do with being in shooter? Of course, a healthy lunch will not magically improve your AIM and make you a professional player. However, experts are convinced that the food has an impact on your body and the performance it can bring.
For competitive shooter players, for example, it is also important to have a quick response time and to awake and concentrate the game and make decisions quickly to react to the current game situation.
The company 1HP.org, which consists, among other things, consists of doctors and nutritionists and offers nutritional advice for gamers, says:
“Proper nutrition optimizes game performance, the cognitive functions and the energy level. A balanced diet with nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins and antioxidants supports the health of the brain and improves concentration, endurance, reaction time and reflexes.”
According to 1HP, a bad diet leads to symptoms such as tiredness and weakness in concentration-this can really not be used by a gamer who wants to achieve the highest ranks in valorant or counter strike.
How can you improve your diet? If you cannot afford an expensive luxury chef like Shroud, 1HP recommends pay attention to a balanced diet that relies on protein, valuable fats and carbohydrates. You can then take more green vegetables, nuts, berries, whole grain corners of fish or poultry.
According to 1HP, you should also do without processed meat, fried food, sweets, butter and cheese.
