The man is charged with, among other things, attempted murder after firing a shot with a hunting weapon through a car window. The shot was aimed at a woman who was sitting in the car, she was not injured by the shot but received shrapnel wounds.
The man and the woman, who are both in their 30s, have previously had a relationship. The man has said that he did not intend to kill or injure the woman but only wanted to be intimidated.
The man is now convicted of attempted murder and causing danger to another in Falun District Court.
