Just before 5:30 p.m. on National Day, the police received a call about a shooting at a residential building in Väster in Örebro. According to the police spokesperson in Bergslagen Sophia Jiglind, it is unclear how many shots were fired, but all must have hit the facade of the house and no one has been injured.
– Shortly after the alarm came in, we were also able to arrest a suspected perpetrator in the immediate area, she says.
The police will now knock on doors in the area, interview witnesses and interrogate the arrested person.
