Just before 02:00 on Wednesday night, the police were called to a villa in Östra Göinge, in eastern Scania. The plaintiff had heard a loud bang and a window in his house had broken, the police write on their website.
When the patrol arrived at the scene, they could ascertain that someone had shot at the house and through the window. During the night, the police cordoned off the villa.
No one was injured, but the plaintiff who lives in the villa was hit by shards of glass.
The police have established a preliminary investigation into attempted murder.
