The alarm came around midnight on Tuesday evening, after a person discovered a hole in an apartment door in central Mariestad.
Two people were in the apartment, but no one was injured.
Are there any threats against people at the address?
– Not what has come to light now during the night, says Thomas Fuxborg, the police’s press spokesperson.
A preliminary investigation into attempted murder and serious crime against the Weapons Act has been launched. The site has been cordoned off for a technical investigation.
There are no suspects at this time.
