A man allegedly produced a weapon after getting into an argument with his brother around 9pm on Monday night. The brother is said to have felt uneasy about the situation and left the residence in which they were both.
Shot fired
Once outside, the brother heard a shot from inside the residence and contacted the police. As the incident involved weapons, there was a large police operation with several police units. No one was injured during the incident and most indications are that the shot was not intended to injure anyone.
The man who fired the shot was arrested on the spot and will be questioned during the morning. The police are said to have confiscated, among other things, the weapon that fired the shot, but also several other weapons that were in the home.
Now the man is suspected of unlawful threats and causing danger. The brother is said to be cut after the police operation, but is otherwise fine.
