An apartment in the Backa district in Gothenburg was shot late on Monday evening.
A woman in her 60s was in the home during the shooting but was not physically injured.
– When we arrived at the scene, we were able to find that several shots were fired at the woman’s windows. We have blocked off the site and conduct a technical investigation, says Göran Carlbom.
Alarms arrived shortly after 22.30 after several witnesses heard someone who could be perceived as gunfire.
“It is very unclear why this particular address has been shot, but this is something we should investigate during the day,” says Göran Carlbom, police officer on duty.
