Court Records Have Shed Light on the Senior Citizen who was charged last month by provincial police with voyeurism, indecent exhibition and sexual assault on a youth on the heels of an Historical Lambton County Sex Assault Probe.

Provincial Police Said in a stattement Issued Jan. 20 HURON Opp Investigated An Alleged Historical Sexual Assault Between 2018 and 2021 in Lambton County. The Lambton Opp Crime Unit Took Over The Investigation, Police Said.
A 67-YEAR-OLD PERSON FROM LAMBTON Shores was arrested and charged with Two COUNTS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT On Person Under Age 16, A Single Count of Indecent Exhibition To A Person Under Age 16, and One Count of Voyeurism, Police Said. The accused was initially held in custody pending a bail hearing, but was later released with a Feb. 18 short date in Sarnia, Said police.
Court Records Obtained Last Week from the Sarnia Courthouse Show Timothy Cooper, 67, from South Huron is the person facing Those Four Charges. Following last tuesday’s short appearance, the case was adjjourned to April 1.

The charges he is facing haven’t been tested in short.

Lambton Opp also Said in the Jan. 20 stament people who have been affected by sexual assault are not alone.
