At half past eleven on Sunday evening, several people raised the alarm that shots had been fired in the Almgården residential area in Malmö. The shots were aimed at a window pane, the police said.
At the scene, a man was found with a gunshot wound who was conscious when he was taken to hospital.
Later in the night, at 02.30, there was another shooting 130 meters away, at a terraced house in Oxie. No one was injured. The police are classifying it as attempted murder.
It is unclear whether the shootings are connected.
