At 1:30 p.m., the police were alerted to loud bangs at Rosengård.
– When we arrived at the scene, we found a person on the ground, says Patric Fors, the police’s spokesperson.
The person’s injury status is unclear.
Witnesses saw suspect
The police have set up a large cordon around the crime scene and are searching the area for a suspect, including with the help of a helicopter.

The police have cordoned off the area and say that many people have gathered at the scene.
– We are in an intense phase, says police spokesperson Evelina Olsson.
– We have a large number of resources on site that collect information and check pieces that may be of interest.
A bullet hole has been discovered in a nearby apartment. According to the police, people have been at home in the meantime, but no one has been physically injured.
