A man has been arrested, the police say.
A witness says that seven to eight shots were fired outside in the street. According to various media reports, he is in his 60s or 70s. Nothing has yet been said about his motive.
The street is located in the French capital’s tenth arrondissement, north of the Seine. Several of the French media write that the shooting took place in connection with a Kurdish cultural venue.
