Police were called to the scene at 01.12 after several calls about loud bangs.
– We were able to establish that there was a shooting and there is damage to a property that confirms it, says Erik Creutz, officer on duty at police region East.
No one has been found injured and an operation is underway at the scene.
– We have some witness information, so there are many threads to draw on, says Erik Creutz.
The incident is currently being investigated as aggravated weapons offense and aggravated unlawful threat.
