But now the shock news has come that Tori Bowie has passed away suddenly. She was only 32 years old and is now mourned throughout the sports world.

“Devastated”
Her agent company Icon Management confirms the death and writes openly about her grief on social media, without going into the actual cause of death or what happened.
“We are devastated to share the very sad news that Tori Bowie has passed away,” the agency wrote on Twitter.
“We have lost a client, dear friend, daughter and sister. Tori was a champion, a light that shone so brightly. We are truly heartbroken and our prayers go out to her family and friends.”

Several famous track and field athletes have also shared their grief in open letters on social media and it is clear that Bowie touched many during his lifetime.
“I’m in complete shock right now. Tori Bowie was one of the most talented track and field athletes in the world,” writes the former long jumper Jade Johnson on Twitter.
“I can’t believe it’s true. I just heard that she was going to her sister’s house. This breaks my heart and my prayers go out to her family,” he wrote on Twitter.
