Several seasons in the NHL and KHL.
Now Tim Heed can return to Sweden.
According to information, a top club in the SHL has heard about the back star.
Tim Heed was really one of the SHL’s best defenders a couple of seasons ago. He won Swedish Championship gold with Växjö – but it was in Skellefteå that Heed made his definitive breakthrough.
Can return to the SHL
He was one of the club’s most important players for several seasons, and was eventually awarded a contract in the NHL. Tim Heed traveled across the Atlantic for games in the San Jo Sharse Sharks and collected over 100 games in the world’s best hockey league.
After the adventure away in North America, there have been games in the Swiss league, and most recently in Spartak Moscow in the KHL. But now the back star may be on his way back to the SHL.
According to Hockeypuls, Örebro has heard about the NHL-merited hill.
– I know a name that Örebro has looked at and that is Tim Heed. But then there are many they look at, but it is a Swedish top back, says Andreas Lundskog.
“It’s a perfect name”
He continues:
– He (Heed) is currently without a contract after playing in the KHL, and has been away for many years in North America and made a number of matches in the NHL.
– There we talk offensive tip, which is very good in powerplay that Örebro has lacked a bit as well. It is a perfect name to bring in for Örebro, says Andreas Lundskog.
Tim Heed accounted for 26 points in 50 games in the KHL last season.
