An oil tanker ran aground in the Suez Canal on Wednesday, temporarily blocking the passage.
A spokesperson for the port says that with the help of tugboats they managed to free the ship after about five hours.
The Singapore-flagged Affinity V is said to have stalled after problems with the steering system. The tanker is on its way from Portugal to Saudi Arabia.
