On Thursday, Consumer Magazine presents advice and rowing its black list.
The list is ranked by companies that are the worst at following the General Complaints Board’s decision in disputes between consumers and companies. On the list, this time, there are more companies than before and the list is topped by the fast-fashion chain Shein, followed by Ryaniar and Turkish Airlines.
Chinese clothing giant Shein, which is at the top, has previously been debated. In the updated black list, the cases include returns where consumers have not received their money.
Shein’s answer
Shein writes in a comment that they had technical problems in the communication with the General Complaints Board, but that the problem should now have been solved.
“Shein has undertaken to continuously improve our processes to ensure that all customer complaints are handled effectively and fairly. We value our customers deeply and we are determined to solve their problems quickly, including through commitment to ARN in Sweden, ”the company writes to TV4 and continues:
“We have been in contact with ARN in an attempt to improve and maintain clear communication lines in favor of our customers. We appreciate our customers’ patience and remain dedicated to solving these problems as quickly as possible. “
