(Finance) – The board of directors from Shedir Pharmaa leading operator active in the nutraceutical, dermocosmetic, medical device and pharmaceutical sector, ha confirmed Antonio Scala as CEO, with the relative attribution of proxies. The BoD, appointed by the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of 29 April 2022, also appointed the Supervisory Body, made up of two members in the persons of Eugenio Maria Mastropaolo and Hadar Del Duca.
